Purpose:	This project consists of developing a series of radio and Web tools to transform and apply the theoretical results obtained by Francophone researchers on privacy concerns, with the priority on researchers working in a linguistic minority situation. Interviews will be conducted with researchers and with private and public sector organizations, to learn about their practices regarding the collection, use and communication of personal information in their commercial activities. A series of reports and media lines will be prepared based on the interviews, providing Canadians with a better understanding of their privacy rights. The tools created will be disseminated via the Internet and participating radio stations and made available to journalists at Francophone community radio stations in Quebec and the rest of Canada.
