Completed access to information requests

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) publishes summaries of Access to Information requests that it has processed during a given month.

Please note that published lists may not include all requests for information that the OPC received. For example, requests that primarily contain personal information of the original requester or third-party proprietary information, are not posted. Requests are displayed by the year and month when they became available for public release.

Any records we release to you will be made available in the language and format of the documents that were originally released. They will also include the exemptions and exclusions that were originally applied under the Access to Information Act. Please note that the summaries reflect the tone and wording used by each applicant, including any assertions of fact or conjecture.
