Privacy Commissioner to appear before parliamentary committee studying the government’s decision to order the wind up of TikTok Technology Canada, Inc.

Privacy Commissioner of Canada Philippe Dufresne will appear today before the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics (ETHI) as part of its study of the government’s decision to order the wind up of TikTok Technology Canada, Inc. He will be accompanied by Marc Chénier, Deputy Commissioner and Senior General Counsel.
