Commissioner appears before the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics to discuss the 2024-2025 Main Estimates

The Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Philippe Dufresne, appeared today before the Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics to discuss the 2024-2025 Main Estimates.

In his remarks, the Commissioner discussed his strategic plan that lays out three key priorities that will guide the work of the OPC through 2027 and shared highlights of his Office’s work to promote and protect privacy rights.
