Commissioner appears before the House of Commons Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology (INDU) on contact tracing applications

Today, Privacy Commissioner of Canada Daniel Therrien, appeared before House of Commons Standing Committee on Industry, Science and Technology (INDU) to discuss tracing applications.

In his remarks, he discussed some of the key privacy principles that should be factored into the design of tracing applications to protect both public health and privacy.
