Deputy Commissioner Homan shares OPC's views on the study to modernize the Official Languages Act

Today, the Deputy Commissioner of Compliance Sector of the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Brent Homan, appeared before the Standing Senate Committee on Official Languages on the study to examine Canadians’ views about modernizing the Official Languages Act.

In his remarks, he provided his views on compliance agreements in the context of this matter.
