Commissioner shares his views for the Study of Automated and Connected Vehicles in Canada

Today, Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Daniel Therrien, appeared before the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities (TRAN) to provide his views for the Study of Automated and Connected Vehicles in Canada.

In his remarks, he discussed issues of consent under federal private-sector privacy law and the privacy challenges associated with connected vehicles.
