Commissioner shares his views on Bill C-46, an Act to Amend the Criminal Code (offences relating to conveyances)

Today, Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Daniel Therrien, appeared before the Standing Committee on Justice and Human Rights to share his views on privacy issues raised by Bill C-46, an Act to Amend the Criminal Code (offences relating to conveyances), which seeks to modernize existing drug-impaired driving laws and the impaired driving regime.
