OPC invites expressions of interest for Legal Agents

The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC) today issued a call for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from lawyers or law firms to identify qualified and interested respondents for possible recommendation and appointment as Legal Agents of the Commissioner to complement its in-house counsel.

The Office has previously launched a EOIs for legal agents; however, it would like to renew its process in order to once again identify, qualified and interested respondents to be included on the renewed eligibility list. Interested lawyers or law firms are invited to qualify themselves on the renewed eligibility list, even if they have participated previously.

The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2017.

To learn more about this opportunity and how to make a submission, please read the Expressions of Interest page.
