OPC publishes new tips for protecting web-connected cameras

Web-connected cameras, used for everything from monitoring the baby’s room to keeping an eye on the front door, can be easily hijacked to allow random strangers to watch intimate moments. The Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada has published tips to help people keep the images gathered by these cameras private.
